About The Program

The Mentoring Program is designed to support women in neuroscience worldwide.
Mentees are matched with more senior members who can provide advise and support throughout their career.

This is a 1 year program, but you can continue or select another mentor afterwards if needed.

How it Works

The process is simple:
- Complete the registration form
- If mentee, browse and select a mentor
- If mentor, wait to receive a request
- Mentor approves/declines requests
- Once matched, send message
- Read the mentoring resources
- Follow the mentoring checklist
- Take notes in your journal
- Define goals and tasks

[Testimonials from both mentees and mentors are added here. Our system has the ability to auto request testimonials as part of the final survey. Recent testimonials are a vital part of helping spread the word of your mentoring program and establish credibility and value to your community]
